To prevent Spotter users from using the wrong feature, we have created this article to inform you of the main differences between Discarding and Deleting a lead .
In a simple and objective way, understand what changes from one function to another.
a. Discard Leads ;
The function of Discarding a lead removes the lead from the Funnel Base, but keeps it in the list of leads with all the data registered. That way, if you want to include it again in the initial funnel step, just retrieve it.
See the articles: How to Discard a Lead in Spotter and How to Retrieve a Lead in Spotter .
b. Delete Leads;
The Delete function, as the name says, deletes the lead from Spotter, also removing all its connections and information from the software. The main difference from discard is that a deleted lead cannot be recovered . Even if the lead was improperly deleted, you will have to re-register it in the tool.
