View Pre-Order Spotter Features - Spotter V2

Discover, quickly, all the functionalities present in Spotter. The functions are available in the menu, which is easily accessed by sliding the mouse over the left sidebar. Each icon has its divisions. It is worth remembering that the profile view of a pre-salesperson is different from the Manager version. 

Below are the features of Spotter from a pre-salesperson's perspective.

Dashboard

On the Dashboard, the pre-salesperson has quick access to their metrics. Several parameters can be verified through the Cards, among which we have:  Call Time, Answered Calls (connections), Scheduling, Points and Quality of Meetings. 

This information is visible at the top of the Dashboard, however there are other data that are accessed at the bottom of the page, such as:  Activities, Overdue Activities, Feedbacks, Production and Next Available Boxes.

lead base

Here at the Leads Base, the pre-seller can have a broad view of the situation of their lead base. Leads are sorted into columns according to their stage in the sales funnel.


 

Within the Leads Base it is also possible to filter for leads of your choice. 

 

It is also possible to register new leads by clicking  Register . 

 

The registration of new leads is done manually, through which it is necessary to fill in the lead fields, some are mandatory fields while others are not. The obligation is defined by the manager.


 


Lead List

On this tab, the pre-seller has access to the list of all leads. Something interesting on this page is that the  Current Step . It shows the stages in which the leads are found, including discarded leads.

 

IMPORTANT: If the Pre-seller has permission when selecting a lead, some actions will appear that he can perform such as discarding, exporting, transferring and deleting the leads.  



Import

This is where you import a list of leads. There is a template to download and fill out in the right corner of the screen. However, there is an order to fill in the worksheet that must be followed for the process to work.

 

Activities

On this tab, the pre-seller can manage the activities to be carried out. There is also the option to  Create new Activities  . You can also list leads without activities and create activities for them.


 

Email Center

In this part of the Spotter tool, it is possible to track, send and respond to lead emails to the pre-seller. Connecting to G Suite (Google's email plan) and Microsoft (Public domains: Outlook; Hotmail; Live) accounts is allowed. Everything was designed to generate greater convenience and productivity for the pre-seller.

 

Punctuation

In this topic, the pre-seller has access to his points. There is a box where you can search for information on specific dates.


 

IMPORTANT: This topic shows preview information for a standard pre-seller account. The Spotter also has the permission to grant access to the pre-seller in the Manager's Dashboard. To do so, simply enable the “View Manager Dashboard” permission.
