In the Digital Marketing integration settings with RD Station, you can send conversions to RD Station . You can select at which times conversion notifications are sent from Exact Spotter to RD Station.
The conversion is when the Lead receives some Status change within the Exact Spotter . Example: When the lead goes from Filter 2 to Scheduled .
Follow the steps described below to set up sending Exact Spotter conversions to RD Station quickly and easily:
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Manager account - confirm .
a. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In .
2. After login , go to Settings > Manage Integrations > Digital Marketing.
a. In the item “Select the step you want to register in RD Station when converting the lead” , you define at which moments of the conversion you want to send the event to RD Station.
Example: By enabling the Filter 1 checkbox , the event will be sent to the RD Station when the lead
is converted from Input to Filter 1 .
b. In the item Select the step you want to record in the RD Station when discarding the lead , you define at which moments of the discard you want to send the event to the RD Station.
The functionality is identical to the previous example, however the difference is that the event starts
when the drop happens .
c. Enabling the Log conversions in RD Station checkbox when discarding a lead manually at any stage will send an event to RD Station when the lead is manually discarded.
d. By enabling the Log conversions in RD Station when recovering a discarded lead checkbox , an event will be sent to RD Station when the lead is recovered.
e. By enabling the Register new Leads in RD Station checkbox , an event will be sent to RD Station when a new lead is registered.
f. By enabling the Record conversions in RD Station when editing Lead data checkbox , an event will be sent to RD Station when a lead is edited.
g. By enabling the Register sold leads in RD Station checkbox , an event will be sent to RD Station when a lead is sold.
