Created by Andre Greiner, Modified on Wed, 24 May, 2023 at 10:10 AM by Andre Greiner

This permission is intended to enable the recovery of  leads,  when it is discarded.

Discarding usually occurs when the  lead  is not yet prepared to purchase your product, but is interested. The reasons are diverse and vary from market to market, this being just one example.

Like  lead viewing , retrieval is also permissioned by access levels. You should check with your manager what your user level is in order to know which  leads  you have the power to recover.

By default, pre-sales users do not have access to  lead retrieval With this permission, you will have more autonomy to manage  leads , as well as assist in the team's work, giving more flow to the work routine, according to the level of permission obtained.

Follow the step-by-step below to learn how to recover  leads  from the base quickly and easily.
