This one is for you who asked!
And for those of you who didn't ask, because we know how important this feature is in Spotter
YES! We implemented the Multiple Funnels functionality in Exact Spotter V2!
The feature is in beta and early stages, so not all current funnel features are available.
So let's go!
Every Spotter home funnel will be the default funnel. For now, functionalities such as Dashboard, BA, E-mail Center and others respond only to the selected Standard Funnel . But now you can create more funnels, with different stages of the standard funnel, separate demand generation, pre-sales and sales flow in different funnels, including CS and much more!
And if you want, you can also change which funnel will be the default:
IMPORTANT: When changing the Default Funnel, the selected funnel will be activated. Functionalities such as Dashboard, BA, Email Center and others will respond to the selected Default Funnel.
But will I be able to copy a funnel that already exists?
Go! The Duplicate Funnels feature is now available.
All created funnels can be viewed in the funnels list. There you have access to all funnels created. Ah, only the manager has access to this page, for now. There, the funnels will be listed in order of creation from the oldest to the newest. For now it is not possible to order the funnels, okay?
You can still edit the funnels after they are created and now you can also select which funnel you want to view:
When you change the display of a funnel, the last visited funnel will be shown to the user on the next access to the funnel page (wow, what a funnel in that sentence, right?).
Remember, some edits are only possible when there are no leads in the step, such as deleting a step. It is also possible to inactivate or delete a funnel, but only if it is not the default funnel and there are no leads in it!
Okay, and how are the leads in this story?
When you create a lead, you'll be able to choose which funnel to add it to. By default, the stage is always the first of each funnel.
What if I'm duplicating a lead?
Frog! We thought about that too. When you duplicate a lead, the system will ask which funnel it will be duplicated in, always in the 1st stage. You will be offered options from all active funnels:
You said that I can create funnels between areas, what if I want to transfer a pre-sales lead to the sales funnel, for example?
When the lead is in the last stage of a funnel, it can be manually sent to the first stage of another funnel. It's already on our roadmap to allow a lead to move between funnels without having to reach the final stage.
For now this passage is only manual, but we are already working on triggers for this change of funnels ;)
To recap:
- The main functionalities are linked only to the standard funnel, however
- Dashboard already matches selected funnel
- Can we duplicate funnels
- We can choose the funnel in the lead registration and duplication
- We can choose the funnel in the schedule
- We can move the lead manually from the funnel at any stage to
- We can import leads via spreadsheet for specific funnels (1 funnel per import, okay?)
- You can select any step of any funnel to create triggers in Workflow
- You can select specific funnels to create lists on cadence
- Leads are always created in the first stage of the funnel
Want to know what we're working on?
- Allow exporting leads by funnel
- Integrations with CRM and Mkt Digital by funnel
- Allow converting between funnels using schedule, sell, and filter gates
- Allow Filter by Funnels in Advanced Search and Segmentation Rule
Okay, I'm going to stop here to surprise you. But if you have any suggestions, just send them to us! There's a lot of great things coming with this feature, we're just in the early stages, so your feedback is super important.
We're gradually releasing the feature for you, so if it's not available yet, just wait!
Hugs!
