This permission is intended to enable the delete leads function.
Generally, the delete option occurs when the lead was improperly duplicated or when the lead should no longer appear in Spotter's database. In other situations, the resource of discarding leads is generally used , as it allows its recovery, if necessary.
IMPORTANT : Lead deleted cannot be recovered.
Like the lead view, the delete function is also allowed by access levels. Check the most suitable one and configure it for your pre-sales when needed.
By default, pre-sales users do not have access to the delete leads feature . With this permission, they will have more autonomy to manage leads , as well as assist in the team's work, giving more flow to the work routine, according to the level of permission obtained.
Follow the step by step below to learn how to delete leads from the base quickly and easily.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password. Click Sign in .
2. Access the side menu Leads > List of leads .
3. After opening the page, filter the lead by name, using the Search by Lead field .
4. It is also possible to carry out an Advanced Search, querying through other information. To do so, click on the icon , perform the filter as necessary and click on Apply .
IMPORTANT: All records associated with this lead(s) (bonuses, scores, history, campaigns) will be deleted and this cannot be undone.
5. After selecting the desired lead, a new menu will appear with several options, click Delete.
It is also possible to delete the lead through its registration. To do so, open the lead 's registration and click on the More " " option located in the upper right corner.
Then select the Delete option and confirm it.
