Lead Distribution allows you to set up rules so that leads are scheduled for specific groups of sellers.
See now how to configure the rules in the Distribution of Leads.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page . Enter your email and password, then click Sign In .
2 . Access the Settings > Lead Distribution menu.
The next screen displays the rules if they are already registered, and allows the registration of new rules by clicking on the Register button .
The fields on the Lead Distribution screen are:
3 . When you click Register , the Lead Distribution screen will open, where you can configure the lead distribution rules and the criteria for each rule.
3.1 . To configure the distribution, you must put the name of the rule and the groups that will be prioritized for this rule.
3.2 . To configure the criteria that must be met for each rule, just enter the registration information of the leads you want. In this way, sets are created in which the leads must meet the inclusion criteria to be added to the distribution.
In the example below, a rule was created with the criterion Market - Agribusiness:
To add a new inclusion criteria just click on “ ADD INCLUSION CRITERIA ”.
To add a new set just click on “ ADD CRITERIA SET ”.
4 . Ready! Now the lead distribution criteria are registered!
