How to register a lead in Spotter - Spotter V2

One of the main benefits of Exact Spotter is to centralize all lead information in a single repository. In order for you to work with your leads, you need to register them in the system.

1.  To register a lead, you must have a Manager or Pre-seller account, accessing the menu  Lead Base (Funnel)  >  Registration



 

2.  On the Lead Registration page, we separate the lead registration into 4 main parts:

  • Company data;
  • Contacts;
  • Address;
  • Comments.

OBS.:  If you create a custom field without assigning any field, the  Custom Fields field will be formed  on the registration page.

Company data

  1. In company data you must fill in the following information:
  • Company name/Company name: Mandatory field for entering the lead's name.
  • Source : mandatory field that informs where the leads that were generated came from. 
  • Sub-Origin : Optional field that further segments the Origin field.
  • Market : mandatory field in order to inform which market the lead belongs to
  • Phone 1 : contact number, optional field .
  • Phone 2 : a second contact field, also optional .
  • Website : optional field that informs the lead's domain.
  • Lead Product : optional field to inform which product he sells.
  • Pre-Seller : Manager exclusive field. If Lead registration is carried out by a manager account, it is mandatory to assign a pre-salesperson to the lead - the name initially displayed in the list is that of the first registered pre-salesperson. If Lead registration is performed by a Pre-Salesor account, the Lead will be directly assigned to it.

 

OBS.:  When registering the company name, the field may be colored red.

Red:  It means that there are similar Leads in the database, as shown in the image below:

 

Despite indicating  similar Leads  , Exact Spotter allows you to save the  Lead Similarity validation is also applied to the  Phone, Website and E-Mail fields.

The fields Origin and Market are displayed with the first data registered in the list.

Contact

1.  In the contact field you must fill in information about the person the pre-seller will contact. The existing fields are:

  • Name
  • Office
  • Phone 1
  • Phone 2
  • Email
  • LinkedIn
  • Communication Service



 



1.1. Register more than one Phone, Email and/or Bookmark for the same contact.

Just click the button next to each Field.

 

2.  To add a new contact, click the “ + Add Contact ” button.

3.  To select who will be the main contact, select the  Main Contact option .

 Address

To register the Lead's address, just carry out the search by zip code and complete the information. If you do not have the Lead's zip code, you can register the address by entering the information you have. The information to fill in is:

  • Country;
  • ZIP/Zip code;
  • State;
  • City;
  • Public place;
  • Number;
  • Neighborhood;
  • Complement.

  

 

Comments

Under  Notes , you can fill in all the information you want about the lead to help with the entire qualification and investigation process.
