In order to optimize the prospecting process, we have the E-mail Cadence tool, where emails can be sent automatically and divided into stages, with specific triggers for sending.
We currently offer 4 conditions:
1- Did not open previous email;
- Within the history of the E-mail cadence, the sending will only appear as delivered, without opening:
2- They didn't answer the previous email;
- The responses linked to emails sent by cadence are directly inside the campaign. If the Lead has not responded, the email for the next stage of the campaign is sent.
3- Did not click on the link;
- For this trigger to work correctly, the link must be added through this path:
IMPORTANT: Templates created in HTML and a link inserted inside the code are not valid for this trigger. The same goes for clickable images.
4- Without restriction, send this email to everyone.
- For this trigger, the next email will not be sent only in case of unsubscribing from the campaign or Lead flagged as "Not interested".
This functionality will help a lot in your day to day, enjoy it.
