How to insert an image in the Email Cadence template? - Spotter V2

The insertion of images in the e-mail template is another one of the resources available to use in the Spotter e-mail cadence. With this option, the manager can implement improvements in his presentation and communication made by e-mail with customers.

Follow the steps described below to learn how to quickly and easily insert an image into the email template:

1.  Login to the Exact Spotter  page  with a manager account.

• Enter your email and password, then click  Login . 

2.  After  login,  access the menu  Email cadence  >  Templates ; 

The insertion procedure is the same for new templates as it is for created templates that you want to edit to implement the improvement.

3.  After opening the template, look for the  Insert Image icon  ( );

IMPORTANT:  The image must be hosted on the web to insert the  requested URL  in the template. If you don't get any cloud server, we suggest uploading on IMGBB website as it is a free image host. 

To upload the image, go to  Start Uploading :

Choose the image on your computer and upload it to the website, then click Send : 

 After submitting change the code to Full HTML:  

And copy only what is in quotes, as follows: 

After that, in Spotter, paste the URL in the field that opened when clicking Insert Image: 

Copying Image URL -  DEFAULT

How it should be done:

• Right-click on the image and select the  COPY IMAGE ADDRESS option.

If done this way,  regardless of where the image is hosted , it will work in the email template. 

4.  Click OK and the image will appear. 

Done, image inserted in the template. Remember to click the CREATE button after completing the template setup as planned.
