On the Campaign Dashboard you will have a clearer view of the campaign, being able to follow it more precisely through graphs, percentage cards and summaries of the steps related to the submissions made.
This is the Dashboard of the campaigns that you carry out within Exact Spotter.
It's nice that you can see all this data, isn't it?
Well, but you must be wondering, what does each of this information mean?
Let's go by parts, then. Just below are the big picture of your campaign performance.
Opening: The opening shows how many emails sent were opened by the leads, both in nominal quantity and in percentage, that is, in the image we can see that we had 58 openings.
Responses: Here we see how many of the leads who, in addition to opening our e-mail, responded to them, these customers will probably be contacted by their pre-sellers, or not in case of negative responses.
Interested: Here we have the contacts that have been marked as interested. This appointment must be made by the manager or a pre-salesperson with permission. This is where you will tag that lead that responded positively to your email.
To do this, you will click on the “ANSWERS” card and then mark it for those interested and those who are not interested.
Unsubscribed: Here you see the lead that no longer wants to receive your cadence emails, that is, if he unsubscribes in the first email, he will not receive the next ones from your campaign.
Bounce: Bounce characterizes a problem that occurred when delivering this email, and here we have 2 possible scenarios the “SOFT BOUNCE” and the “HARD BOUNCE” .
The Soft Bounce is when the customer's domain exists but the specific e-mail does not exist or was written wrong, for example an e-mail called “ preseller@exactsales.com.br ” points out as a bounce during your campaign, in the case of soft bounce this e-mail may be misspelled or does not exist, but the domain @exactsales.com.br exists.
If we use this same example for Hard Bounce, the domain @exactsales.com.br does not exist.
The following table provides some information.
On the left we see the campaign performance through a graphical representation, but it is also possible to see the numbers by hovering the mouse over the graph.
On the right, you can see the times when your campaign had the highest email opening rate. With this you will be able to better program your campaigns.
And finally, in the “ DASHBOARD ” tab, we have information about the campaign configuration.
