Spotter's additional features can be requested from within the platform itself, and in this article I'll show you how!

Access the Your Account menu:

Then the More features menu:

On this page you can request any additional features of Spotter. Choosing any of them, you will be contacted by our expansion team that will validate some information directly with you ;)

new users

In the case of new users, select the option that indicates how many active users you want to stay. For example, if you have 4 licenses and want to hire 2 more, select 6 users:

And if they don't contact you within 24 hours about the request, just let us know in the chat ;)

Campaign: More side campaigns, no step limit, and more sends:

Exact offers cadence functionality free of charge for up to 2 active campaigns and 3 steps per campaign, with up to 3,000 emails sent per month. From plan 1, unlimited cadences and no limit of steps are already contemplated. 

Scrolling down the screen you will find more contracting options, including the option on Email Cadence. You can select the plan that best suits your strategy over there. We will contact you to confirm your request and release the feature.
