All contacts contained in the list will not receive emails from the next steps of the current campaign, or new campaigns, even if they are in the list of campaigns.
IMPORTANT: Access to e-mail cadence is only possible with a Manager or Pre-Salesperson with permission. |
To access the list of Unsubscribed contacts , just go to Email cadence > Unsubscribed tab.
In two moments the contacts will come to this list they are:
•Contacts who selected the link No longer interested in receiving my emails? Let me know. Link is contained at the end of campaign emails.
•Contacts that have selected the Send to blacklist option on the Submissions tab .
It will be possible to view which campaign the contact came from, which list it was inserted in addition to the name, email and company.
It is possible to exclude the contact from the list of unsubscribes, by doing so the contact will again be able to receive emails from new campaigns if it is in the list inserted in the new campaign.
