How to view email campaign responses?

So, you've set up your email campaign and you'd like to see which leads have already responded to you and what their response was, right?

To do this, just click on the “ Answers ” tab within the E-mail Cadence interface.

 

In the responses tab you have access to the list of responses sent by your leads.

If you want to read the lead's entire response, just click on the received message.

 

Doing so, an interface with the email content will be shown. 

After reading the lead's message and understanding if he is interested in your business or not, you can mark him as 

“interested”  or  “not interested”.


 


If you mark the lead as  “interested”  and this campaign was made with a list of prospects (those who are not in the base), the lead will be created in the base and an activity creation window will appear so that a contact can be scheduled. 

 


 

If you check  “no interest”  the contact will not be created. If your campaign has any steps or specific emails targeted to  “not interested” , leads with that tag will receive a specific email.
