In the option of Distribution of Leads , it is necessary that groups of sellers are configured according to the set of criteria established for the distribution of leads.
As the lead sequencing configuration allows more than one group to be associated with a set of criteria at the time of scheduling, if the Lead complies with this set of criteria, the tiebreaker between the groups will respect the order defined in the field Repetitions and Priority of the registration of the group.
IMPORTANT: This functionality is active when the Selection through Lead Distribution option is selected in the Settings » Scheduling menu.
To configure these fields access Exact Spotter
1. Login to the Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In .
2 . Access the menu Team > Groups.
3. Go to the “Groups” tab and click on “New Group”
4 . The Repetitions field is used as follows: When the group respects the set of criteria, it will receive leads until it reaches the configured number of repetitions , only after reaching this amount will other groups (which also respect the criteria) start to receive leads in the time of scheduling.
The Priority Definition field is used as a tiebreaker for groups with the same number of repetitions.
5 . After configuring Repetition and Priority of Groups, when scheduling a lead, the system will check if there are rules configured for the company and if the Lead fits any of these rules. After identifying these rules, the system will prioritize the groups according to the settings defined in the groups registration and only one of the groups will be displayed on the screen.
