What is it?
Lead Distribution is a feature of Exact Spotter that aims to enable the user to restrict the group of salespeople who will receive bookings according to pre-established criteria.
For example, you can restrict that leads from the South region are only scheduled for salespeople who are part of the South region. Or you can also restrict leads from the real estate market to be scheduled only for sellers who have real estate groups in their portfolio. That way, you guarantee that sellers will receive leads within the know-how in which they operate.
How to enable?
Follow this step-by-step guide now to learn how to configure the use of Lead Sequencing.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page as a Manager user.
a. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In .
2. To enable the selection of sellers, access the menu Settings > Manage Scheduling
3 . On the screen that opens, go to Selection of sellers and check the option “ Selection through distribution of Leads ” and then click Save
4 . Ready! Salesperson selection for lead sequencing is now enabled!
