It is possible to register products in Spotter, remembering that they are your company's products and not Leads' products.
For this, the user must follow these steps:
1. Access the Settings side menu and then go to Manage Defaults .
2. Access the Products tab, go to create, where just insert the desired name in the text field and the value of the Product, after that click on Save .
3. If you want to edit the nomenclature and value of a Product, click on the pencil icon to Edit .
4 . If you need to disable a Product, just click the blue switch " " and the product will be disabled and the switch will turn gray " ".
5. To delete a Product, just click on the three dots as shown in the print below:
Note: Only products that have not been used can be deleted, products already used can only be disabled.
