Exact Spotter provides a wide variety of settings to define your company's business rule.
The Business Hours configuration is one of the essential configurations for the functioning of your system and your KPIs to be real. Understand how to perform this configuration below:
1. Access the Settings menu .
2. Then access the Month and business hours submenu.
3. Click on the “ 
” icon to register a new business hours.
For this configuration the data below must be registered:
Start time: Time your operation starts working hours.
End time: Time your operation ends for work.
You must select the days of the week that your company works. After defining the business hours, click on save
4. You can add shifts if you want. After defining the new business hours, click on save
5. Done! Your business hours have been set!
