One of the first settings you need to make in your Spotter account is to enter the priority prospecting markets.
This configuration is fundamental to describe the priority segments that will be prospected by your pre-sales team.
Some examples of Markets:
Software;
Technology;
Real estate;
Retail;
Energy;
Between others.
Because it's important:
Placing the market segment you serve helps to target the strategies and Filters that will be used in this market.
Therefore, each market can have its respective prospecting strategy.
For this, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Manage Defaults
2. To register a new Market , go to the Market tab and go to create, where just insert the desired name in the text field and click on Save .
3. If you want to edit the nomenclature of a market, click on the pencil icon for Edit .
4 . If you need to disable a market, just click the blue switch and the market will be disabled and the switch will turn grey.
5. To delete a Market, just click on the three dots as shown in the print below:
Note: Only Markets that have not been used can be deleted, markets already used can only be deactivated.
