How to integrate real estate portals with Spotter - Spotter V2

Follow the steps described below to integrate Exact Spotter with Real Estate Portals quickly and easily:

 List of Property Portals available for integration with Exact Spotter: 

• ZapImóveis;

• VivaReal;

• ImovelWeb;

• Moving;

• Chaves na mão.

• CasaMineira

 1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .

• Enter your email and password. Then click  Sign in . 

2.  Access the menu  Settings  >  Defaults >  Manage Defaults

3.  Go to the  Sources tab  and click  +Create . 

4.  Register an origin with the  default name :  Portals .

5.  Go to the Sub-Origins tab, select the  Portals  origin and register the Sub-Origins  exactly  like this:

• ZapImoveis

• VivaReal

• ImovelWeb

• Moving

• ChavesNaMao

• CasaMineira

6. Click Save .

7. Access the menu Settings > Custom Fields > Manage Custom Fields >  click on +New Field. Register the following custom fields:

• Field name: Announcement Code ;

• Field type: Text;

• Field name: Customer Msg;

• Field Type:  Long Text.

• Field name: Search Summary;

• Field Type: Long Text;

8. After creating and saving all the custom fields, go to the menu Settings > Integrations > Manage Integrations > Token Exact API and copy the Token Exact API

9.  Access the website of the real estate portal that is performing the configuration to register the e-mail with the Exact Spotter token.

10. For Leads to be sent to Spotter, register the email in the following pattern: TOKEN_COMPANY_EXACT@imoveis.exactspotter.com

Where: TOKEN_COMPANY_EXACT  will be the company token in Spotter , located in Settings > Integrations > Token Exact API. 

It is possible to send the leads to a specific group of pre-salespeople. To do this, perform the following configuration:

• Create the Group in  Settings > Defaults > Groups;

• Enter pre-salespeople and define lead distribution configuration;

• Configure the default URL as follows: TOKEN_COMPANY_EXACT+ g=group_name @imoveis.exactspotter.com

Where:  TOKEN_COMPANY_EXACT will be the company token in  Spotter , located in Settings > Integrations > Token Exact API.

And group_name will be the name of the created group.

Now just configure the property portal to send emails with Leads to the above address.

IMPORTANT:  When there is more than one email for sending leads, the Spotter email must be the first in the list (in the image, the example is from the VivaReal portal, however, the same goes for the others).

That's it, integration finished!
