What is it?
The bonus is a bonus given to the employee in order to recognize the productivity and quality of work. This reward should reflect a quality delivery and be used in order to encourage the achievement of the organization's goals in general.
Because it's important?
In addition to being a great way to engage the team, it is also a way to encourage them to meet their goals.
In Exact Spotter , the parameters for completing the bonus can be given through scores that are assigned to events (processes) along the lead 's journey , such as applying filters 1 and 2 and the qualifications obtained in each event.
When filling out the feedback from the meeting, the salesperson informs whether the information that the pre-salesperson provided is consistent, whether the pain points were correctly mapped, whether contact was made with the decision maker, and so on. Once this information is compiled, a note is generated for the pre-seller. And, based on the sum of these evaluations, Spotter calculates the bonus!
How to configure?
1. Access the side menu Settings > Manage Goals, Scores and Bonus;
2. When opening the page, go to Bonuses and fill in the "goal bonus" field with the value that the pre-seller will receive for reaching his goal.
2.1 . Want to scale the pre-seller goal? Just mark the option in the CheckBox "Do you want to scale the goal?" and after that fill in the percentage of the goal that he must reach in "percentage" and the amount he receives for that percentage in "bonus".
2.2 . If there is a Super Goal registered, fill in the extra amount that the pre-seller receives in the "super-goal bonus" field.
2.3 .Click on “Save” and don't worry about the calculations anymore ;)
