How to enable "Edit Pain and Product (Lead/Opportunity)" Permission - Spotter V2

Created by Andre Greiner, Modified on Wed, 17 May, 2023 at 10:16 AM by Andre Greiner

This permission is intended to release changes to pain points and products linked to  leads.  Generally used in cases where the pre-seller has mistakenly registered a  lead pain and/or product .

Obtaining this permission, the pre-salesperson will not need to ask the manager to change the  lead 's registration .

Follow the step by step below to release this permission in Exact Spotter.

1.  Login to the Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account  .

a. Enter your email, password and click  Login .

2.  Access the menu  Team  >  Pre-Salespeople  >  Configure Permissions

3.  Release the Edit Pain and Product (Lead/Opportunity) permission , according to the required level.

IMPORTANT:  The pre-seller needs permission to re-evaluate/edit filters, in order to remove/add new pains and/or products. If when accessing the lead's registration, the edit icon () is not available, this permission must be granted.

• Individual:  Pre-Seller will have limited access  to their  own  Leads

• Groups:  Pre-Salesperson will have limited access  to leads corresponding to the group  informed when granting access.

• Complete:  Pre-Seller will have unlimited access  to all  Leads  registered in the system.

5.  After enabling, save the changes.
