How to Create a Pre-Seller User - Spotter V2

For the Pre-Sales process to work in Exact Spotter, you need to have a pre-salesperson registered in the system. 

He is responsible for  prospecting  (lead registration),  qualification  (application of filters) and  scheduling  meetings for salespeople. The whole process is done by the system.

To register a pre-seller, follow these steps:

1.  In the side menu, access  Team . You will automatically be taken to the  Pre-Sellers tab . 

2.  Click on the  Register

3. The screen for filling in the registration data will be displayed. It is mandatory to fill in a name, surname and valid email that the person has access to, as he will receive the password by email and will serve as a user to access the account. 

4.  After filling in the data, click on the  Save button . A message will appear on the screen confirming the action performed and that the password has been sent to the registered e-mail.

Ready! Your pre-salesperson already has access to Exact Spotter.
