Team Registration - Spotter V2

To register a new user, access Exact Spotter with a Manager profile and follow the steps according to the profile you want to register.

Registering a Pre-Seller

1. Access the 'Team' Menu;

2. Select the 'Pre-sellers' tab;

3. Click on the 'Register' button; 

4. The screen for filling in the registration data will be displayed. It is mandatory to fill in a name, surname and valid email that the person has access to, as he will receive the password by email and will serve as a user to access the account. 

5.  After filling in the data, click on the 'Save' button. A message confirming the action performed will appear on the screen. 

That's it, your pre-seller now has access to Spotter. 

Registering a Seller

1 . Access the 'Team' menu;

2. Select the 'Vendors' tab;

3. Click on the  'Register' button;

4.  The screen for filling in the registration data will be displayed. It is mandatory to fill in a name, surname and valid email that the person has access to, as it will be where he will receive information about meetings and feedback.

5. After filling in the data, click on the 'Save' button. A message confirming the action performed will appear on the screen.

Ready! The seller has been successfully registered. 

Registering a Manager

1. Access the 'Team' Menu;

2. Select the 'Pre-sellers' tab;

3. Click on the 'Register' button; 

4. The screen for filling in the registration data will be displayed. It is mandatory to fill in a name, surname and valid email that the person has access to, as he will receive the password by email and will serve as a user to access the account. 

5. Check the option 'Administrator manager?' if you want this profile to register new Managers in the future.

6. After filling in the data, click on the 'Save' button. A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

Okay, now the Manager has access to the system. 

IMPORTANT : Remembering that the passwords of the users, pre-seller, seller and manager, are sent to the registration e-mail.
