Does your lead not hear you?

Don't you listen to your lead?

Is this your first time using the webphone?

If you answered yes to one of the questions above, then this article is for you!

You can follow the steps here or watch a video that explains how to set up your audio devices.

Good luck !

On Windows, check out:

Make sure browser sound is enabled in Windows.

To do this, right-click on the speaker icon, located in the lower right corner and select the  Open Volume Mixer option. Then check out Google Chrome.

If this is the case (  ), just click on the icon to enable the sound.

• Microphone;

Make sure the microphone is set as the default device. Follow the demo below.

Have you made the settings and the call quality is still not good? Configure your microphone's sensitivity.

2) Click on  Microphone  and  Properties ;

3) Go to the  Levels tab ;

5) Lower the Microphone sensitivity to  0 dB

6) Do a new test, because now the audio quality will be great! (:

• Network connection;

We know that every conversation with the  lead  is a determining factor for taking action, so we recommend a stable connection to the network. The cable connection is a key factor in call quality, if at any time there is a loss of data it will sound like a cut in the call, an interruption of sound transmission.

This packet loss is extremely common in WiFi connections, for this reason we do not recommend using it.

In the Google Chrome browser, check out:

• Microphone;

• Pop-ups and Redirects;

• As;

Test the functionality of your microphone quickly and easily: https://pt.mictests.com/

Allow the browser to access your microphone, for this follow the steps described below;

1) Access the padlock icon  in your browser and go to Site Settings;

2) Then check under Microphone, Pop-ups and Redirects and Sound.

3) Select the Allow option

In Spotter, check out:

• Webphone;

Open it, through the icon  located in the upper left corner.
