On Windows, check out:
• Sound
Make sure browser sound is enabled in Windows.
To do this, right-click on the speaker icon, located in the lower right corner and select the Open Volume Mixer option. Then check out Google Chrome.
If this is the case ( ), just click on the icon to enable the sound.
• Microphone;
Make sure the microphone is set as the default device. Follow the demo below.
Enable Audio Enhancement
Windows 10:
This feature helps to enhance the audio picked up by the microphone.
1) Right-click on the Sounds icon in the Windows tray ;
2) Click on Sounds:
3) Under Communications , check the option “ Reduce the volume of other sounds by 50% ”
4) Make a new connection test and analyze the audio. If it has no effect, select the reduction option to 80%.
Windows 7:
1) Right-click on the Sounds icon in the Windows tray ;
2) Under Communications , check the option “ Reduce the volume of other sounds by 50% ”
3) Make a new connection test and analyze the audio. If it has no effect, select the reduction option to 80%.
Have you made the settings and the call quality is still not good? Configure your microphone's sensitivity.
1) Still on the SOUND screen (from the Communications tab) go back to the Recording tab;
2) Click on Microphone and Properties ;
3) Go to the Levels tab ;
4) Sets microphone volume up to 98%
5) Lower the Microphone sensitivity to 0 dB
6) Do a new test, because now the audio quality will be great! (:
• Network connection;
We know that every conversation with the lead is a determining factor for taking action, so we recommend a stable connection to the network. The cable connection is a key factor in call quality, if at any time there is a loss of data it will sound like a cut in the call, an interruption of sound transmission.
This packet loss is extremely common in WiFi connections, for this reason we do not recommend using it.

Allow the browser to access your microphone, for this follow the steps described below;
1) Access the padlock icon in your browser and go to Site Settings;
2) Then check under Microphone, Pop-ups and Redirects and Sound.
3) Select the Allow option
In Spotter, check out:
• Webphone;
Open it, through the icon located in the upper left corner.
