Spotter now has a new telephony tool, which allows users to place calls within the system without having to hire a call provider. To enable this module, the Manager must configure the option to use Webphone integration.
IMPORTANT : Enabling this feature can only be done by the Manager user.
Follow the step-by-step described below and enable the Webphone quickly and easily:
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email, password and click Sign in .
2 . Access the side menu and go to Settings > Integrations .
3 . To activate the Exact Spotter dialer, simply click here on Software Links.
4. Then, to enable the webphone, simply check “ Use Webphone ”.
5. Ready! When you do this, a phone symbol will be added in the upper field next to the user, indicating that the Webphone is enabled on your user.
With the telephony module open, calls can be made normally from within the Spotter, through the Lead Details, Funnel or when applying filters. Not cool?!
