How to Change Webphone Provider - V2

Webphone is a feature of Exact Spotter that acts as a telephone system and allows users to make calls from within the platform. This article will show you how to change the Webphone provider in order to improve the quality of calls according to each user's preference: 

 

Currently, Webphone has 3 provider options, to access them and change them to your preference, go to: 


1. Your account:  


 

2.  Click on "Webphone";


  3. Choose one of the providers and click "Save" ;

 

5.  After that, just use the Webphone, if you have any questions about it, just go to How to use the Webphone to make calls;

 

IMPORTANT:   By modifying the Webphone provider, it is also possible to test the Webphone before actually starting to call leads. To do so, follow the step by step above to get to the place where the test icon is located and in Call Test  click on  Test.  



Note: The Webphone must be open for the test to be performed. From there, a connection will be made and it will be possible to check if the Webphone is working normally.
