Log in to the Exact Spotter page .

How WhatsApp Business Works
WhatsApp Business is located next to your name, which is in the top right corner of Spotter. To open, just click on the icon.
When opening, if there are messages, you will see all the conversations that are in progress with you or that are without a responsible person.
In this case, there are two possibilities:
1) Reply to the message and, consequently, become responsible for the contact; or
2) Transfer the chat to a pre-salesperson.
