How to collect the Call Results - Spotter V2

In order to collect the result of the calls, it is necessary that the  integration with the telephony  has already been configured. If you haven't done this step yet, I suggest you go to the Settings > Integrations menu, configure and then come back here.

Understanding the call termination process

When completed, Exact Spotter displays a screen where the Pre-Salesperson describes how the call went, including the result of the same, the observations (if any) and informs the quality of the call.

 


 


Knowing this, let's go step by step to activate the Connection Results collection configuration.

 

1.  Login to the Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account . 

The. Enter your email and password and click Sign in  .



2.  After  login,  go to  Settings  >  Manage  Integrations . 

 

3.  From the  Integrations menu,  go to  Software Calls  and click the  Enable call results collection switch . 

 

Note: When active, the switch will turn blue: 


4.  Spotter has some types of default Connection Results, as shown in the image below. However, the manager can register new call results through the  Settings >  Manage Defaults > Call Results  menu  . 




To create a new connection result, click on " ", describe the Connection Result  and click on  Save  to insert the registered result. 



 


5.  Activate, Deactivate and Edit the  Connection Result  created at any time you want, using the buttons: 


6.  When accessing the  call extract , in the left side menu with a Manager account, it is possible to view the main call data. Such as  lead , call result, date and time, call duration and cost.  



 

It is possible to create a trigger with Call Results through a  Workflow  created by the  Manager .

7.  Access the  Workflow side menu  and click on  +Add Workflow


 

 

8.  Select as Event:  Binding Result , choose Event Result. 



9.  Define the  Workflow action  by clicking  +Add Action   

 



Consult the Action registration specifications   in the article, configuring a workflow . 

After  saving  the  Workflow  it will be displayed like this

 

 

The collection of call results can also be viewed in the form of a report through Business Analytics (Side Menu): 


 


 

10.  To insert the Link Result parameter  into a Business Analytics  report  , simply select the Link data group  .


 

 

Data will only be displayed in the report if the collection setting is enabled.
