Make calls through Exact Spotter without integration with Voip telephony. For this you need to have a Webfone and configure the redirection to the dialer through a hyperlink (provided by the telephony itself).
Follow the steps described below to quickly and easily configure:
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password and click Sign in .
2. After login, go to Settings > Integrations .
3. In the Integrations menu, access Software Links.
4. Check the option Do not use the phone calls feature ;
5. Click Save .
6. Access the menu Settings > Advanced Settings > Others to customize the forwarding link to the webphone.
The link must be configured according to the webfone guidelines. Contact your service provider to check the best configuration.
7. It is possible to configure a generic link that allows the choice of the telephony application that wants to make the call. To do so, fill in the Phone link customization field with " tel:{tel} " (without quotes). See image.
8. Remember to Save before exiting the screen.
9. When clicking on the phone number, within the lead register , you will be redirected to another web page to choose the phone application to be used.
IMPORTANT : Call data is not recorded in Spotter.
