To call 0800 numbers, just save the number without area code.
On my answered calls card, what counts?
In the pre-seller's answered calls card, all answered calls lasting 1 second or more are counted. Furthermore, if the call is to an IVR or falls into one, it is also counted as answered.
In case the call lands in a mailbox, it will be counted if the following conditions are met:
- Call longer than 3 seconds
- Call result other than "Missed"
Manual records can influence the final number of calls, since the call result window is linked to the call made via webphone. If you have already selected the result of the call and manually registered it again, two calls will be counted.
How are calls charged?
On 7/1/2022, ANATEL changed the billing model for telephone operators. Rest assured, the change will not result in an increase in your contracted plan, only in the form of consumption of your credits.
With this measure, calls are charged from the moment they are answered, and no longer after 3 seconds. This measure is intended to curb the practice of abusive calls (automatic calls lasting less than 3 seconds).
This change will be effective from 07/07/2022. By clicking here , you will be able to consult the decision in full directly on the ANATEL website.
