It is possible to register the results of calls manually in Exact Spotter. The button is available in the Lead Details , both for accounts with integrated telephony and not.
For users who do not have call setup via Exact Spotter, the Record Call button will be available this way on the Lead Details page.
Selecting the Record call menu will show the selection options.
Just select the option and send link, the options for selection will be shown.
The system has some binding results by default, but it is possible to add new results. For more information, just check here:

Remembering that the connection result is accounted for in the BA. If you use calls through our webphone, do not manually record the calls that were made through Spotter, as the call will be counted twice.
