Webphone is a feature of Exact Spotter that acts as a telephone system and allows users to make calls within the platform, without having to hire a call provider. This article will show you how to make calls with the feature, and to do so, it needs to be enabled.

To make calls, follow this step-by-step guide to the end and learn how to use Webphone quickly and easily:
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login .
2. When accessing, click on the phone icon in the upper right corner, next to the user.
3. Clicking on the icon will open a phone dialer on your screen.
IMPORTANT : For calls to be made, the dialer must be open, otherwise, when trying to make a call, the following message will appear:
4. With the Webphone dialer open, access the side menu and go to Leads Base (Funnel).
5. Choose the desired lead and click on it.
6. Then, on the “Lead Details” screen, click on “ CALL ” .
IMPORTANT: For numbers that start with 0800, you must register without the area code so that the first two digits are inside the field that would be the area code:
And for international numbers there is no need to enter DDI.
7 . A second box will open and to start the connection, just click on “ CONNECT ”.
8 . Ready! Their bond was initiated within the Spotter itself. To finish, just click on the red band on the dialer.
Notes: If you have pre-seller profile and your Webphone didn't open automatically after login , follow below how to release Spotter pop-ups forever.
If Microphone and Sound are not enabled in the browser, this must also be enabled, as shown below.
