Through Exact Spotter , it is possible to send e-mails directly through it, if your e-mail box is integrated with the software.

Follow the step by step below to access this functionality in Exact Spotter.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Pre-seller account .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login.
2. Access the E-mail Center menu > Choose Gmail or Outlook > Connect Email (Remembering that they must be corporate emails, normal emails do not integrate!)
3 . With email integrated, your inbox will be available within Spotter.
4 . To write an email, you must access the inbox and click on “ WRITE ”.
a. In the window, you must choose the template you want to use. If you want to send an email without a template, just select the “Blank Template” option.
b . When selecting a template, it will be loaded, and you will be able to see which variables are used and the content of the email.
IMPORTANT: The variables will only be filled in if the recipient is registered with Exact Spotter. If you need to use the template without registering a user, you can fill in the variables manually and send the email normally.

When an email is sent or replied to a registered contact, it will be displayed on the lead's timeline.
Cool, isn't it? Now you can interact with all your email leads in Spotter!
