How to integrate the inbox in the Mail Center? - Spotter V2

With the pre-salesperson profile, it is possible to send and receive emails and use the templates configured by the manager.

The use of Exact Spotter's E-mail Center functionality stores the "Refresh Token" upon user authorization. Through this token, when the user accesses the interface, we consult the messages in the inbox (and other inboxes), their contents, titles and recipients. However, Exact Spotter only stores the content of messages sent to leads registered in the user's account and carried out using the tool , as well as their responses. Messages sent or received/read  outside  the tool are not detected/stored. 

Access the  E-mail Center in the left side menu.


On the home screen, define your type of e-mail, then you must click on “Connect e-mail”.

Remembering that it is allowed to connect G Suite (Google) and Microsoft (Public domains: Outlook; Live; Hotmail) corporate accounts. 


After defining the e-mail server and clicking connect, login with your e-mail and password.

Once the e-mail address and password are entered, the selected e-mail server will be integrated with Exact Spotter. All emails sent by Spotter will be in your inbox and vice versa. 

IMPORTANT:  To disconnect your e-mail, simply click on the “gear” next to the “WRITE” button and click on DISCONNECT E-MAIL.
