The Pipedrive is one of the largest CRM Software and Sales Funnel Manager with more than 70,000 customers worldwide.
Follow the steps described below to integrate Exact Spotter with PipeDrive quickly and easily:
Admin Token Configuration.
• Go to the PipeDrive website and log in to your account;
• Locate and Copy your API token by clicking on your Account (located in the upper right corner) > Settings > Personal > Personal Preferences > API .
After copying the Token, log in to the Exact Spotter page .
• Enter your email and password and click Login .
Go to the menu Settings > Manage Integrations > CRM > and enter the Token copied on the PipeDrive page in the Token Adm field . Mark the desired flags .
• Delete deal, person, organization and activity when canceling meeting;
• Reuse contact if existing in CRM;
• Reuse business if existing in the CRM;
• Allow Sell Unqualified Lead.
• At the end, click on Save .
Funnel Setup and Default Step for Shipping
• Go to Settings > Integration > CRM > Pipedrive > click on Set Shipping Criteria .
• Select the Funnel , the default Step and the Parameter you want to send the Lead , click Add and Save Changes .
This feature is used when the customer has more than one Sales Funnel and wants to send the lead to the respective funnel and configured Stage. You can only select one shipping parameter for all funnels and stages.
IMPORTANT : If the STEP of the Sales Funnel, configured to send the lead to Pipedrive, is of the MANUAL (M) type , it will be delivered to the Pipedrive Administrator user, whose token is configured in the Token Adm field of the integration with Spotter, because there is no link between the lead and a seller.
If the STAGE of the Sales Funnel, configured to send the lead to Pipedrive, is MANUAL (M ) and you want to send the lead to a Custom Funnel , just select one of the available parameters (Source or Market).
To send the lead to the Funnel of a specific salesperson, the Salesperson parameter must be configured in "Define shipping criteria" and the shipping step to the CRM must be of the SCHEDULE (A) type .
IMPORTANT² : It is not necessary to map fields that already come by default in the integration, namely Lead Name, Origin, Market, Contact, Pre-Seller Name and Email. For more details, visit the full Pipedrive Field Mapping article .
Seller Token Configuration
• Each vendor has a unique token in order to direct appointments to their account. Each seller's token is viewed in the Seller's PipeDrive account under the Settings > Personal > API menu . See image of item 1, letter b).
• To register the sellers' information in Spotter , just access the side menu Team > Salespeople > Edit User , select the Pipedrive option in the CRM field and fill in the CRM Token with the seller's token and click Save .
Configure Loss and Gain by Spotter
To carry out such a configuration, go to the Settings » Integrations menu .
Then go to the CRM option.
There, enable this option to have notifications enabled:
