Sending Emails - Spotter V2

To send emails through Exact Spotter, access the menu on the left labeled Email Center . Spotter allows you to connect Google Workspace accounts (Google Email Plan) and Microsoft Exchange Server accounts (Public domain accounts such as Outlook; Live and Hotmail).

 After connecting the account, just click  Write  to send your email. 

By clicking, you must choose the template you want to use. If you want to send an email without a template, just select the  “Blank Template” option . To configure new templates and save them for future submissions, just access the Settings > E-mails and Templates menu . 

 

 

IMPORTANT:  When creating a template, it is possible to automate it with variables that will be used to replace the lead's personal information. The variables will only be filled in if the recipient is registered with Exact Spotter.


 

 


When an email is sent (or answered) to a registered contact, it will be displayed on the lead's timeline. 

IMPORTANT :  The e-mail response will only be inserted in the  lead  's  timeline  if the message has already been read through the e-mail center in the Incoming tab .
