How to change Exact Spotter V2 language?

If you want to change the language that is displayed in your Exact Spotter account, follow the steps below.

By default, the language is set to Portuguese (pt-BR), but changing it is very simple!

Changing the default language for    all    Spotter users.

To perform this configuration, you must have a  Manager  profile in Spotter.

1.  Access Exact Spotter and click on the  Settings side menu .

2.  Then click on  Advanced Settings .

3. Access the Language  area   and select the desired language.

4.  After that  click on  Save .

IMPORTANT :  In order for the setting to be applied, all users need to  logoff  /  login  to Spotter. When accessing again, the software will be in the selected language.

Changing the default language on a single Spotter account.

This configuration can be performed by any user with access to the system.

1.  Access Exact Spotter and click on your name / profile and go to the  Your Account menu .

2. In the User Data  session   , click on the pencil icon to edit the information. 

3.  Select the desired language and click  Save 

4.  After saving, it will be necessary to re-login to the spotter to apply the configuration.
