Performing bulk actions in Spotter using the API

Exact Sales makes its API available so that customers can perform their own integrations with our system.
In addition, we can use Exact Sales' own API to perform bulk actions in Spotter , enabling more benefits.

In this article, we will deal with how to use the Exact Sales API to perform actions directly on the bulk spotter , as a main example we will deal with actions on the endpoint of the activity.

IMPORTANT: The client must have professionals with technical expertise to understand and develop their own integrations using our API documentation.

In this article the process will be done entirely using Integromat to help with a more visual way.

To make this connection you will need your exact token, which can be found in your Spotter account .

Performing configuration for bulk action

1. Login to Integrat

2. Go to scenarios

Select create a new scenario

3. When opening the screen, add a module linked to your preferred spreadsheet , in this case we will use the Sheets spreadsheet to facilitate

4. Select the “Watch for new lines” option :

The. If you only want to do it once , remember to set the schedule to “On demand” :

5. Now add one more module, linked to HTTP :

HTTP configuration according to the data below:

URL field: insert the endpoint, and in the key location link the id column in the worksheet ( Endpoint + worksheet column )

Headers:

a. o 1º com Content-Type

B. the 2nd field with application/json

3. Click on Add hard and fill in:

The. the 1st field with token_exact

B. the 2nd field with your token (copy and paste from Spotter)

6. Click OK .

7. Now to start the action , just click on “run once”

8. When activated, the mass action will be performed
