Managers are users like you. They have full access to the software settings and are able to perform analysis of the operations of the Pre-Sales and Salespeople.

Remember: Managers do not apply qualification filters and send emails to the lead . This function belongs to the Pre-Seller.
Note: It is worth noting that it is not possible to perform two functions with the same email in Spotter.
