Discount for passive entries, what is it?

Marketing strategies can bring leads to your prospect base, without the pre-salesperson or salesperson having done a great job gathering lead information and contact details.

Considering this scenario, in the source register it is possible to define whether a source is Active or Passive.

This option can be used for information only or it can be used in conjunction with goals and bonuses, applying a score discount to leads with Passive type sources.

This means that if you've configured scores that the user will receive when moving the lead through the funnel, but you don't want leads from passive sources to enter that score, just apply a discount, in %, on the score defined for that conversion or filter.

To apply the discount, access the menu Settings → Goals, Scores and Bonuses → Scores and register or edit an existing scoring rule:

You can select a value from 0 to 100% that will be the discount on the score defined for the conversion. In the image above, for example, a lead of passive origin qualified in the Input filter for Filter 1 as Very Hot will not give 7 points to the user, instead, this lead will not generate a score because there is a 100% discount on the score of entries (leads) of passive origin.
