The Spotter user performs a series of activities within the system, moving opportunities forward in the funnel. These actions can be transformed into points within the system.

The scoring feature aims to gamify the registered team, based on a  goal  of points to be achieved. Points can be assigned from the movement of leads in the funnel or from the quality of the lead worked.

Currently, it is only possible to assign scores for movements within the funnel. But we are already working to make it possible to define scores for conversions between funnels..

It is possible to define scores for conversions between stages, that is, how many points the user will receive for moving a lead from one stage to another.

It is also possible to score the user by qualifying the lead, in the steps that have a filter. In this option, it is also possible to assign different scores to different temperatures or even different filters in the same step.

Ex: If you have different filters (questionnaires) by Market and you want to score more the user who worked a lead from a specific market, in the scoring settings this is possible.

To register the steps that will generate scores, access the menu Settings → Goals, Scores and Bonuses → Scores:

Defines the conversion that will generate the score. If it is a conversion that contains a filter, the option to place points for the temperatures reached by the lead when applying the filter will be shown:

Some companies work with scores only for meeting feedback, for example. Scoring more better qualified leads.

If there is no filter on the step, only 1 score field will be shown:

You can assign scores for 1 or more steps as per your requirement.

Keep in mind that all configured scores will be summed into a single result for the user.

It is also possible to assign specific scores to specific users. Simply select from the scores home screen the users to whom you want to assign specific scores:

Each user can track their score on the dashboard and extract. The manager, on the other hand, monitors through the extract of scores and Business Analytics.

You can even assign a discount on the score of passively sourced leads. To better understand this subject,  consult this material  .

Scores help drive the team towards the ultimate goal. Set goals and scores that are based on the results your company expects/needs to grow.
