An efficient manager is one capable of organizing the work routine, in addition to structuring processes that bring results, and setting goals is one of the most important processes. To reach the defined goals, it is necessary to use everything that a manager has at his disposal. Especially a pre-sales activity, adding technology and changing the reality of the commercial process.

Goals are important indicators for both the pre-salesperson and the manager so that both can see, in a clear picture, whether they are on the right path or not. That way, you can follow up in a short period of time and see how far you've got to get there. This increases the chances of being more assertive in the efforts of the Pre-Sales Management, which will be dedicated to each of the goals that are defined.

To register the Pre-Sales Targets, simply perform the following steps:

1. Settings  > Manage Goals, Scores and Bonuses.

2.  Click on the  scores  tab and then on  general scores

2.1  Choose between pre-seller and seller, then define the stage and its due scores.

IMPORTANT:  This record of goals is for all pre-salespeople, if a pre-salesperson has a different goal from the others, step 3 must be followed.

It is also important to remember that goals and scores are different things, goals are goals that the pre-salesperson must achieve, and this goal is achieved through scores. If his goal is 50, he must score 50 to reach the goal.

3.  To insert an individual goal for each Pre-Seller, register in the  Individual Goals section Simply locate the name of the Pre-Seller you wish to change and click  Edit After filling in the fields, click  Save .

IMPORTANT:   Daily targets are a way to direct pre-sales effort and monitor team productivity. Achieving these goals does not generate a bonus. The Pre-salesperson is able to monitor his own effort through the Dashboard, as follows:

In the demarcated part of the print is where the configured daily goals will appear.

Monthly goals are a way to direct the predictor's effort and monitor the team's productivity as well. What differs from the daily goals in this case is that the bonuses are conditioned to the achievement of these goals.
