To register or edit a question/answer in the system, access the menu Settings » Filters (Questionnaires) » Select the desired filter > Questions .
When editing, it is possible to choose the type of question, the obligation, edit the answers and the score assigned to them and register new questions within the answers, repeating the same procedure.
Here are the possibilities within this screen:
To register a tip for the question, just click on the "
" icon next to the desired question or answer.
If you want to duplicate a question:
Delete a question:
Add a conditional question:
