How do I see my discarded leads?

In Spotter's side menu you have a Lead List option within Lead/Opportunity:

This option shows active leads in the base, discarded leads (in real time) and blocked contacts . By selecting the Discarded option, the system will bring up the list of leads that are currently not active in your funnel, that is, they were discarded and have not yet been recovered:

You can also use the advanced search, such as the discard date:

There you go, here are your discarded leads.

IMPORTANT:  To see all leads for all users, you must have full permission on lead lists.
