Spotter allows pre-salespeople to create activities manually or create activities automatically via workflow .
These actions generate lists of activities and so that the pre-seller can achieve the best performance within Spotter, we have developed a menu for quick access to activities, come check it out with me!
We've added this menu here to Spotter's top bar:
It is accessible from any page in the system ! In this way, we managed to reduce the need to change screens to perform these activities, making your work more agile ;)
Just click on the menu, which will list the 10 activities with an expected execution time between yesterday, today and tomorrow .
Activities will always be sorted by the most overdue at the top of the list.
I have overdue activities that aren't showing up!
Caaaaalma, in this first moment we focused on what is most recent, on that freshest lead, so the list will only bring activities with a deadline of yesterday, today and tomorrow, always ordered from the latest first.
But we are already working so that you can choose a period, ok? The other activities that you have and are behind schedule are in the same place, on the dashboard.
Up to 10 activities will be listed within that range (yesterday, today and tomorrow).
IMPORTANT: the functionality is ONLY available for pre-salespeople and only the activities listed for that pre-salesperson to perform will be shown.
Even if the pv is allowed to see activities from other pre-sellers, only their own activities will be listed for each pv, ok?
In addition to the list of activities, we put quick action buttons so that activities can be completed, edited, deleted or even in the case of filters, calls and e-mail, initiate these actions right there:

I can't call the lead =/
We are already adjusting this. Some of the quick actions are only enabled after clicking outside the activity list, but let's adjust that, shall we?
And why can't I select this option?
So, to be able to send email, you need to connect your mailbox . In the example in the image below, the e-mail center is not integrated, so the button is disabled.
Maaaaaaas if you have the central integrated and even so the button is not enabled, it would be good to check that to ensure that the lead has a registered email :)

- 10 activities are listed with scheduled completion dates for the periods between yesterday, today and tomorrow
