If you need to view leads by type of activity, you can do so in Spooter using the “Filter by type of activity”.
You can find these filters in 2 different places in the system. If you want to understand what types of activities are available to filter, read this article.
Before we proceed, let's understand how filters work?
By default, filters are already set (filtered). When clicking on a filter, it will become transparent, this indicates that it is not part of the current filter.
In the example below, we notice that the “Callback” icon is transparent, meaning that it is not being filtered. In this case, all the other filters that are gray are doing searches, that is, they are filtering.
Now let's see the places where it is possible to carry out these filters?
Lead Base
1. On the side menu, click on “Leads Base (Funnel)”;
2. When opening the page you will notice the “ filters by type of activity ” above the list of leads;
3. Each icon corresponds to a type of activity that the pre-salesperson must perform;
4. Make the filters as you wish.
Activities
1. On the side menu, click on “ Activities ”;
2. When opening the page you will notice the “filter by type of activity” above the list of activities;
3. Each icon corresponds to a type of activity that the pre-salesperson must perform;
4. Make the filters as you wish;
5. On this screen, you can combine the “ Filters by type of activity ” with the “ Filters by status ” or filters by “ day, week, month and year ” using the filter in the right corner of the page.
