How to Use the "Place Calls to Other Pre-Sellers' Leads" Permission - Spotter V2

This permission is intended to enable the feature of making calls to  leads  from other pre-sellers.

This resource is generally used when there is a need to make a call to resolve any doubts, confirm some information or even due to the unavailability of the pre-seller responsible for the  lead .

By default, pre-sales users do not have access to calling  leads  that are not their own. With this permission, he will have more autonomy to manage more calls and  leads .

Follow along step by step to learn how to make calls to  leads  from other pre-salespeople quickly and easily.

1.  Log in to the  Exact Spotter page .

a. Enter your email, password and click  Login .


 


2.  Access the side menu  Leads  >  List of  leads .

3.  Open the registration of a  lead  from another pre-seller and click on the  CALL button  located in the upper right corner

4.  After clicking, a new screen will open. Press again under the  ON button.

5.  Make the connection.


IMPORTANT:  Spotter's integration with the Telephone Exchange calls the pre-seller's extension. That is, when the call is made within the software, Spotter directs to the pre-salesperson's extension and after the pre-salesperson accepts the call, the telephony redirects to the lead's phone.


6.  After completing the call, Spotter will open a new screen to fill in the   call quality feedback .
