How to add a new activity during the Filter step - Spotter V2

One of the ways to never forget to schedule the meeting or any other activity with the lead is to be able to add a new activity in the Qualification Filters steps. To perform this task, make sure you are logged into the tool with the pre-seller profile and follow the steps below.

1. On the side menu, click on “Leads Base (Funnel).


2.  Place the mouse over the desired lead card and then select  More  (the 3 dots that appear in the upper corner of the card " ") to create a new activity for the lead that is in any step or filter ;


3.  By clicking on the 3 dots a new window will open. Select the  “Create Activity” option;



4.  You can choose which activity will be created just by selecting some option already configured in Spotter. 

5.  You must configure the day and time for the desired activity, and you can also set a time to receive a notification as a reminder to perform the activity. 

6.  Don't forget to save the changes in the  “Save” option;


7.  Another option is to select the activity as  “Other” , giving the pre-salesperson the opportunity to describe the new activity with any denomination. And remember, right after choosing the name of the new activity, time and day to run it,  save  for the changes to be completed.
