To carry out the distribution of prospects , make sure that your list has already been created and qualified by Spotter.
If in doubt, consult the article: Searching - How to Create a List of Prospects .
IMPORTANT: The pre-salesperson will only be able to access Searching if permission has been granted by their Manager. And you will only be able to receive leads if the Receive Leads by Integration option is ACTIVE in your registration.
Follow the step by step described below to learn how to distribute
prospects to pre-salespeople quickly and easily.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In
2. Access Searching , located on Spotter's side menu.
3. Access the Prospect Lists .
4. Identify the list of prospects you want to distribute among pre-salespeople and click the share icon ( 
).
5. When you click on share, the screen below will be displayed for you to select the pre-sellers you want to send the prospects , in addition to the Market and Origin .
6. After selecting, click SEND.
IMPORTANT: If no Pre-Salesors are selected, prospects will be automatically distributed to all active Spotter Pre-Salesors.
Access the menu Settings > Integrations > Receiving Leads with the Manager profile to configure the rule for receiving leads from your pre-salespeople.
